What happens if the weather is bad?

Safety first. If the captain calls the trip due to weather, you get a full reschedule or refund. Light rain and cloud cover usually don't stop us.

Are dolphins guaranteed?

Wild dolphins live in these waters year-round and we see them on the vast majority of trips. On the rare occasion no dolphins are sighted, we offer a complimentary reschedule voucher. TODO(marine13): confirm final guarantee terms.

Where do we park?

Can we bring drinks or food?

Yes — our boats are BYOB and BYO snacks. Coolers, ice, bottled water, and cups are provided. Glass is discouraged; cans or plastic preferred.

Is the trip private or shared?

Most trips listed on the site are private to your group (up to 6 guests). Larger private group charters are available on request — reach out via the contact page.

What should we bring?

Sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, towel, and a light jacket for sunset trips. Barefoot or boat-friendly shoes. Snacks and drinks welcome — we handle coolers, ice, and water.

Are kids allowed?

Absolutely. Dolphin, sunset, shelling, and private trips are all kid-friendly. USCG-approved life jackets are provided in every size, including infant.

Are pets allowed?

Well-behaved dogs are welcome on private charters — just let us know when booking so the captain is prepared. Shared trips are humans only.

Is snorkel gear included?

Snorkel gear (mask, fins, snorkel) is included on the Egmont Key snorkel trip. Add-on gear packages are available for private charters that include snorkeling.

How early should we arrive?

What is the cancellation policy?

Do we need to sign a waiver?

Can we book for more than 6 passengers?

Yes. Larger private group charters (up to 18, 35, or 45 depending on vessel) are available on request. Reach out via the contact page and we'll match the right boat and captain.
